Terms of Use – Dramoto

These terms (the “Terms”) govern your use of the Dramoto mobile application and any content, features, or services we provide through it (collectively, the “Services”). By installing or using Dramoto, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
In plain words: Dramoto is provided for your personal enjoyment. Please use it lawfully, respect others’ rights, and follow any rules that apply in your region and app store.
1) Scope & Acceptance
- 1.1 When you access or use Dramoto, these Terms form a contract between you and the team operating Dramoto.
- 1.2 We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make changes, we’ll refresh the “Last Updated” date above and, where appropriate, surface a notice in‑app. Continued use means you accept the revised Terms.
2) Privacy
- 2.1 Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what data we process and why.
- 2.2 You retain ownership of your content. Except for the rights necessary to operate the Services, we don’t claim ownership over what you create or upload.
3) License & Intellectual Property
- 3.1 We grant you a personal, limited, revocable, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, and non‑sublicensable license to use the Services as described in these Terms.
- 3.2 These Terms don’t transfer any intellectual property rights to you. All rights not expressly granted remain with their respective owners.
4) Purchases & Subscriptions
- 4.1 Some features may be paid. We’ll show you applicable prices or offers before you purchase.
- 4.2 Prices may change over time; check in‑app for the latest information.
- 4.3 Payments are processed by the platform you use:
- Google Play Billing on Android
- Apple In‑App Purchase on iOS via the App Store
5) Acceptable Use
- 5.1 Unless the law says otherwise, you agree not to:
- Copy, publicly perform, or distribute any part of the Services;
- Modify, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract source code except as permitted;
- Bypass security or abuse access controls, including via bots or unauthorized automation.
- 5.2 If your local rules prohibit using the Services, you mustn’t use Dramoto.
6) Disclaimers
- 6.1 We work hard to keep Dramoto reliable, but you use the Services at your own risk.
- 6.2 The Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind—express or implied—including fitness, reliability, or error‑free operation.
- 6.3 We aren’t responsible for outages or delays caused by events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, network failures, labor disputes, or regulatory actions).
7) Accounts
7.1 At this time, Dramoto doesn’t offer a user account system.
8) Changes to the Services or Terms
- 8.1 We may add, modify, or discontinue features. Where changes are material, we’ll aim to provide in‑app notice.
- 8.2 If you disagree with updated Terms or features, you should stop using the Services.
