Privacy Policy – Dramoto
Last Updated: October 10, 2025
Thanks for using Dramoto! This notice explains what data we handle, why we handle it, and the choices you have. By using Dramoto, you agree to these practices. If anything here doesn’t work for you, you can stop using the app at any time.
For clarity, “we,” “our,” or “Dramoto” refers to the team that builds and operates the Dramoto mobile application and related services on Android and iOS (Google Play and the App Store).
1) Information We Collect
We only gather what’s needed to run the app smoothly, keep it secure, and improve your experience.
- Device & diagnostics: basic device details (e.g., model, OS version, language, region), identifiers limited to app operations, performance metrics, and crash logs.
- Usage data: interactions with features, screens you visit, taps/clicks, and non‑identifying analytics that help us understand what works.
- Network status: limited signals like connectivity type to ensure content loads correctly.
2) How We Use Your Information
- Operate & improve Dramoto: deliver core features, personalize parts of the experience where applicable, debug problems, and enhance stability.
- Keep things reliable: analyze crashes and errors to fix bugs and improve performance.
- Prevent abuse: use limited identifiers to help detect fraud and maintain service integrity.
- Product decisions: aggregate analytics to guide feature planning and quality improvements.
3) Purchases & Subscriptions
When you subscribe or make in‑app purchases, payments are processed by the platform you use:
- Android: Google Play Billing.
- iOS: Apple In‑App Purchases (App Store).
We do not receive your full payment card details. We only obtain the status of a transaction (e.g., success, refund, or cancellation) so we can activate or manage your membership on your device.
5) Advertising & Analytics
Dramoto may show ads or use measurement services from partners (for example, Google AdMob) that receive limited information needed to provide ad delivery and reporting. On iOS, Apple’s App Tracking Transparency (ATT) settings may affect how personalized ads are served. You can adjust relevant permissions in your device settings at any time.
6) How We Protect Your Data
- Access controls: only authorized staff can access data needed for operations, and solely for legitimate purposes.
- Technical safeguards: reasonable security measures help protect against unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.
7) Your Choices & Rights
- Delete request: email us and we’ll work to remove personal data that we no longer need to keep.
- Opt‑outs: you can limit analytics or ad personalization using your device settings (e.g., iOS Privacy settings, Android Ads settings).
- Retention: we may keep certain records if required by law, to resolve disputes, prevent fraud, or enforce our terms.
8) Children’s Privacy
Dramoto is intended for a general audience and is not designed for children under the minimum age required by local law to use such services. Where applicable, we follow platform policies for age‑appropriate experiences.
9) Changes to This Policy
We may revise this notice as our services evolve or as laws change. When we update it, we’ll refresh the “Last Updated” date above and, where appropriate, highlight material changes in‑app.
